PAPER EVALUATION
Abstracts (up to 150 words) should be sent for evaluation until February 18, 2019 via EasyChair:
The works approved for presentation will be announced until March 11, 2019.
Each author / co-author can send up to 2 papers and the official languages of the event are Portuguese and English.

The works shall fit in at least one of the Work Groups (WG):
1. Ludic Universe
Works with a ludic character, digital games, game art, ludic or interactive narratives in various media.
2. Design, art and interfaces
Works focused on various interfaces (such as artistic interfaces), interactivity, and the connection between Design and Society.
3. Image and Techno-poetics: inter art relations and digital technology
Works that handle image in connection with mechanical technologies (19th Century), Digital and electronic technologies (20th and 21st Century), as well as electronic poetry, digital literature, edition and technology, and other technological poetics.
4. Memory and Digital Technologies
This work group accepts works about archives, collections, museums and communication with regard to technologies and contemporary media.

REGISTRATION OF ARTISTIC WORKS FOR EXHIBITION
In its 5th edition, we intend to present artistic works proposed by artists who wish to attend the Seminar. For the evaluation of these proposals we expect the submission of artistic projects (on finished artworks: performances, videomapping, videos, games, graphic arts, bioart, software art among other possibilities in the field of relations between art, science and technology).

MODEL OF THE ARTISTIC PROPOSAL
We request that the proposal must contain the following information: 1) title; 2) summary; 3) necessary equipment / materials; 4) category (if possible); 5) Year of work (or unpublished); 6) Concept / argument / sustain work; 7) technical description of the work (including dimensions); 8) expography proposal (suggestion on how to expose the work); 9) work images and videos (or website / portfolio link etc.); 10) mini bio of the artist.
Notice: the evaluation of the communications will be "blind" (the evaluators will not know who the authors are). However, it will not be possible to carry out this type of evaluation on the artwork. Unfortunately, in this edition of the seminar, no caches / pro labore are planned for the artists. Submitters notified of acceptance of workshop proposals.

The Seminar's organization is launching in this year's edition a "creative rally" to happen with all those who work within the science, art and technology field. To be a part of this initiative we ask you to send us a proposal (of art/games or projects that emcopass the relationship between art, science and technology) so we can better discuss our collaboration. One or more proposals are going to be choosen for its development in Belo Horizonte/MG from 15th to 25th of April, 2019, and the rally's final product is going to be displayed on the 26th of April, 2019, during the Seminar's plenary sessions.
